1. OMS Quick Start Guide

1.1 Overview

Definition: OMS (Order Management System) is your "smart butler" for unified management of order processing across all platforms.

Benefits: OMS solves problems with scattered orders, inventory queries, complicated shipping, difficult after-sales order tracking, and messy data statistics.

OMS accounts are created by overseas warehouse operations staff. Please use the account and password provided by the warehouse team.

1.3 Change Initial Password

Steps: Click avatar (top-right) > Personal Center > Change Password

1.4 View Warehouse Information

Steps: Click avatar > Personal Center > View bound warehouse info

1.5 Create Products

Steps: OMS > Product Management > Products > New/Import > Submit

1.6 Account Recharge

Steps: OMS > Account & Billing > My Account > Recharge

Note: Balance is virtual. Contact warehouse staff for offline recharge, then submit proof in system.

1.7 Authorize Marketplace Stores

Steps: OMS > Settings > Platform Authorization > Select platform > Add Authorization

2. How to Create Products in OMS

Definition: Creating products in OMS refers to entering product information that needs to be stored, shipped, or managed in designated warehouses.

2.1 Manual Creation

Navigate to [Product Management > Products], click New.

Fill in Product Information

Basic Info: Product name, SKU (cannot be modified after creation)
Product Info: Dimensions and weight
Barcode: Required, cannot duplicate other products
Declaration Info: Hazardous material classification, declared price

2.2 Batch Import

Click Import > Download Template > Fill in spreadsheet > Import

Note: Single import cannot exceed 5,000 records. Only .xlsx format supported.

2.3 Common Issues

Q: "SKU already in use" but no duplicate?
A: Check if another product uses the same barcode. Search by barcode in Products > All.

Q: Can created SKUs be discarded?
A: SKUs with inventory cannot be discarded.

3. How to Use OMS for Product Mapping

Definition: Product mapping establishes correspondence between "Platform SKU" and "OMS System SKU".

3.1 Manual Creation

Step 1: Enter Product Mapping page, click [New]

Step 2: [Quantity] = system SKUs shipped per 1 platform SKU (NOT inventory quantity)

3.2 Import Creation

OMS > System Settings > Product Mapping > Import > Download Template

Note: Maximum 2,000 records per import.

3.3 Automatic Creation

Check "Auto-create Mapping Relationships" to automatically map matching SKUs.

3.4 Common Issues

Q: Can I modify the quantity?
A: No, delete old mapping and create new one.

4. How to Use OMS Platform Orders for Shipping

Definition: After authorizing marketplace stores, OMS automatically syncs orders for efficient processing.

4.1 Platform Order Sync

First-time authorization pulls orders from 3-5 days before store creation. Subsequent syncs every 15 minutes (last 2 days).

4.2 Assign Warehouse & Logistics

Platform Labels: Select channel that can obtain platform labels

Warehouse Labels: Select channels integrated with overseas warehouse

4.3 Platform Order Status

Pending: Awaiting processing
Processing: Outbound order generated
Shipped: Shipped from warehouse
Exception: Review validation failed

4.4 Common Issues

Q: No label file in document details?
A: Contact overseas warehouse to confirm channel settings.

5. How to Use OMS for Inbound

Definition: Submit cargo manifest to warehouse before goods arrive.

5.1 Operation Steps

(1) Navigate to Warehouse Service > Inbound

(2) Click New, fill in basic info

(3) Add products (manual or batch)

(4) Confirm services and attachments

(5) Submit forecast order

5.2 Inbound Types

6. How to Use OMS for Inventory Query

View product, box, return, and comprehensive inventory by type.

6.1 Product Inventory

Managed by SKU dimension. Supports search by warehouse, attribute, SKU, etc.

6.2 Box Inventory

Managed by box type number. For Stock Transfer Inbound.

6.3 Return Inventory

Managed by FNSKU dimension. For FBA returns.

6.4 Comprehensive Inventory

Shows total SKU inventory across all warehouses and types.

6.5 Common Issues

Q: Can't create outbound with available inventory?
A: Check if inventory is qualified and in correct warehouse.

7. How to Use OMS for Dropshipping Outbound

Create outbound orders for warehouse to pick, pack, and ship.

7.1 Manual Create

(1) Click New button

(2) Select warehouse and channel

(3) Fill recipient info

(4) Add products and quantity

(5) Submit or save draft

7.2 Batch Import

Click Import > Download Template > Fill > Import

7.3 Outbound Order Status

Draft: Not yet submitted
Warehouse Processing: Being processed
Shipped: Products shipped
Exception: Submission problem

7.4 Common Issues

Q: No data when selecting channels?
A: Select warehouse first, then channel.
